- Orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority standard shipping. We are unable to offer expedited shipping options for P.O. Box addresses.
- Orders shipping to Hawaii & Alaska via Two-Day or One-Day Shipping may need one additional day for delivery.
- Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS. Please note that transit times may take up to 45 days.

If you wish to return or exchange your order for a different size, color or style, please reference the following processes and steps:
- Visit our Return Portal to process your return
- Regular priced items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days from the date of shipment, provided the item is unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice.
- Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
- All returns and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Only items that have been purchased directly from ShockDoctor.com can be returned to us. (no third party retailer returns).
- Certain products that are marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.
